Tailored 1-2-1 support
All residents are offered 121 support to discuss their education, training and employment goals on an ongoing basis.
Employability workshops
Your Place offers a range of workshops on topics such as job searches, career paths and CV writing.
AQA Accreditation
All workshops are AQA accredited so you will receive a certificate of achievement for attending 1-2-1 sessions and workshops.
Support to develop additional skills
Support to develop additional skills that could be a barrier to employment, training and education including signposting to ESOL and Digital Skills.
Weekly jobs board
Education, Training and Employment - jobs and opportunities board updated weekly.
Working in partnership to break down barriers
We offer support in partnership with a number of organisations to help remove barriers to employment, training and education.
Mock interviews
We offer mock employment interviews which helps identify your strengths and they provide constructive feedback.
Support with obtaining clothing for job interviews
Your Place can support with obtaining clothes for interviews if required.
Support with attending open day and job interviews
Support to attend open days and support with job interviews with you.
